Heavy Rainfall Continues Over Parts of the Southeast; Critical Fire Weather Conditions in the West

Locally heavy rainfall and the risk of strong to severe thunderstorms will continue over parts of the Southeast into Friday. Meanwhile, gusty winds and low humidity will result in critical fire weather conditions for portions of the Northern Rockies, High Plains, and Great Basin.
