Severe Weather Expected for the South on Tuesday; Winter Weather Conditions for the West, Central Plains, and Upper Mississippi River Valley

Severe weather is forecast across the middle and lower Mississippi Valley Tuesday afternoon where tornadoes and damaging winds are expected.
