Widespread Flooding Remains in the Mid-Mississippi Valley; Storm Shifting Across the Southeast U.S.

The storm system which brought excessive rainfall and lingering flooding over the mid-Mississippi River Valley this past weekend will progressively shift through the Southeast U.S. Monday.
