Strong Thunderstorms and Heavy Rainfall Across the Eastern U.S.; Hot Temperatures in the Northwestern U.S.

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds and heavy rainfall will be possible from southern New England into the southern Appalachians.
