Cold and Windy in the Northeast U.S. and Soggy in the South and Southeast

An intense area of low pressure near Nova Scotia is producing very cold and windy conditions across the Northeast. A slew of hazards are in effect from high wind warnings and wind advisories to wind chill warnings and advisories.
