Upcoming Pattern Shift to Bring Heavy Mountain Snow to the West

Heavy, accumulating snow is likely today in the Cascades and Sierra Nevada. Another Bering Sea storm will bring strong winds and heavy precipitation to the Aleutians and southwest Alaska into Thursday. Light snow is expected from the Ohio Valley into the Northeast.
