Another Strong Storm For The Northwest; Snow For The Central Rockies and Downwind Of The Great Lakes

Another strong storm will impact the Northwest through Tuesday with heavy rain, localized flooding and mountain snow from the Cascades to the northern Rockies. Meanwhile, a system passing through the Interior West will produce some heavy snow across the south-central Rockies.
