Post-Tropical Ophelia; Southern Severe; Unsettled Northwest

Ophelia continues to impact parts of the Mid-Atlantic and New England with rain and dangerous coastal conditions. Scattered severe storms in the South Plains and Lower Mississippi Valley may produce damaging winds, large to very large hail, and heavy rain.
