Catastrophic Flooding in the Pacific Northwest; Very Cold Temperatures in the Northern Plains

Catastrophic flooding and landslides will continue to bring a significant risk to life and property in Washington and northwest Oregon. Arctic air will bring near record cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills from the Northern High Plains into the Mid-South and Mid-Atlantic through the weekend.
