Pacific Storm Moves Inland; Clipper System for the Northeast; Strong Storm Impacting Alaska

A Pacific system will bring low elevation rain and isolated thunderstorms to California tonight. Heavy snow is expected for the Sierra Nevada through late tomorrow.
