Wet Weather in the Central Gulf Coast and Pacific Northwest; Critical Fire Weather Threat in the West

Locally heavy rainfall continue to bring flash flooding along the central Gulf Coast from southeast Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. A strong cold front will bring heavy rain, winds, cooler temperatures, and possibly high elevation snow to the Northwest through the weekend.
