...BRISK WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

Synopsis: High pressure will persist over the western Chukchi sea while low pressure deepens over Interior Alaska. This will tighten the pressure gradient through the Bering Strait to bring Gale force winds through the Bering Strait through at least Sunday night. Northerly winds will weaken slightly on Monday, then strengthen overnight to sustained gale force winds on Tuesday.
