Synopsis: A 996 mb low 82 nm S of Akhiok on Thu morning moves to 40 nm NE of Kodiak at 999 mb before dissipating Thu afternoon. A second 970 mb low arrives 92 nm SW of Homer on Fri morning before moving onto Kenai Peninsula at 975 mb by Fri afternoon.

E wind 15 to 20 kt decreasing to 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 kt. Snow likely before 9am, then rain and snow between 9am and noon, then rain likely after noon. Seas 5 ft building to 9 ft.

SSE wind 10 to 15 kt becoming ESE 20 to 25 kt after midnight. Rain, mainly after midnight. The rain could be heavy at times. Seas 6 to 7 ft.
