Synopsis: A 981 mb low 90 nm NE of Chignik moves to 80 nm NE of Kodiak City
at 984 mb Tue afternoon as its front lifts across the Gulf. The
low then opens to a trough 30 nm E of Whittier Wed morning as it
moves inland. A North Pacific low moves to 220 nm SW of Elfin Cove
at 977 mb Thu morning.
