...AREAS OF LOCALLY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

Areas of locally dense fog have formed this morning across much
of central and southern Virginia, and interior portions of northeast
North Carolina. Visibilities average between one half mile and
two miles, but will be locally reduced to one quarter of a mile in
spots. Motorists are urged to use extra caution and be alert for
rapid changes in visibility. The fog is expected to slowly lift
between 8 am and 10 am.
