FOR WEST CENTRAL DUTCHESS COUNTY...

At 233 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near New Paltz,
moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Fairview, Haviland, Macdonnell Heights,
Rochdale, Manchester Bridge, Colonial Heights, Dongan Place, and
Arlington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
