* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 847 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Johnson City,
  moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Binghamton, Johnson City, Endicott, Port Dickinson, Greene, Greater
  Binghamton Airport, Chenango Forks, Chenango Bridge, Castle Creek,
  and Endwell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
