Chances for showers and a few thunderstorms will increase today
as a weather disturbance moves across the region. Western portions
of the region will see the higher chances for precipitation
today, shifting to central portions of the region tonight and into
the east on Tuesday. Most areas will see showers and
thunderstorms today through Tuesday, though the threat for severe
weather will be low. Daytime highs today will range from the 70s
north to the lower 80s south, cooling to the 60s north to 70s
south on Tuesday. We dry out region wide later Tuesday and through
the rest of the work week, but winds do become breezy to windy
mid-week. Temperatures will be near normal through the work week,
with a slight warmup for the weekend.
