...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern
Barnwell, central Aiken and northwestern Orangeburg Counties through
1100 AM EDT...

At 1020 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Citizens Park, or near Aiken, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Aiken, Aiken Mall, Citizens Park, Aiken State Park, Wagener,
Springfield, Salley, Neeses, Norway, Perry, Woodford, Livingston,
Windsor, Aiken Gopher Tortoise Heritage Preserve, Perry Airport, and
Hopeland Gardens.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
