* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Iowa, including the following
  county, Palo Alto.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 549 AM CDT, Heavy rain has ended across the area, but
    flooding is ongoing and waters will be slow to recede this
    morning.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Emmetsburg, Five Island Lake, Silver Lake, Rush Lake, Lost
    Island Lake, Graettinger, West Bend, Ruthven, Mallard,
    Ayrshire, Cylinder, Curlew, Rodman, Emmetsburg Municipal
    Airport, Kearney State Park and Lost Island Lake State Park.
