.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
steadily increase with gale force winds occurring across the
northern outer waters and downwind of Cape Mendocino. A late
season WNW swell will gradually decay through Saturday. Very steep
northerly wind waves will rapidly build in response to the strong
northerly winds. The combination of the local wind waves and late
season swell in our area will create hazardous conditions across
all the outer waters.
