FOR SOUTHEASTERN DANIELS...ROOSEVELT...WESTERN SHERIDAN...
NORTHEASTERN MCCONE...RICHLAND AND NORTHERN DAWSON COUNTIES...

At 812 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles southwest of Redstone to 7 miles northwest of
Culbertson to 11 miles east of Bloomfield, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
         tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
         roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Poplar, Culbertson, Brockton, Medicine Lake, Bainville, Froid,
Richey, Archer, Lambert, Bredette, Redstone, Reserve, Fort Kipp,
Homestead, Enid, Navajo, Sprole, and Mccabe.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Intense thunderstorm lines can produce brief tornadoes and widespread
significant wind damage. Although a tornado is not immediately
likely, it is best to move to an interior room on the lowest floor of
a building. These storms may cause serious injury and significant
property damage.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature`s leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.
