...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL CHEYENNE AND SOUTHERN KIT
CARSON COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO THROUGH 730 PM MDT...

At 639 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 4 miles north of Seibert to
14 miles south of Vona to 3 miles northwest of Kit Carson. Movement
was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph and penny size hail. Blowing
         dust will likely accompany the winds in several locations.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible. Blowing dust will create periods of low
         visibility.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Kit Carson and Vona around 645 PM MDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Stratton.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 401 and 436.
 Highway 385 between mile markers 140 and 181.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
50 This thunderstorm will produce strong winds resulting in areas of
near zero visibility in blowing dirt. Use extreme caution if you
must travel and be alert for rapidly changing visibility.
