A mix of sun and clouds continued across the area this afternoon.
3 PM temperatures were warming into the mid to upper 70s over most
locations, with cooler readings near Lake Michigan.

An upper level disturbance will bring scattered showers and a few
thunderstorms thru this evening, mainly across central and north
central sections. A few storms could produce small hail and brief
gusty winds, but severe weather is not expected.

After a mostly dry Monday, chances for strong to severe storms
increases Monday night into Tuesday morning. If you have outdoor
plans such as camping Monday night you will want to monitor the
forecast for future updates.
