Fire Weather Planning Forecast for S MS and SE LA
National Weather Service New Orleans LA
312 AM CDT Mon Sep 23 2024

.DISCUSSION...

A surface high will move slowly east over the next few
days. This high will continue to keep dry conditions
in place through at least early Tuesday with little to no
chance of rain, limited cloud development, and lower
humidity in the afternoon hours. Lackluster winds will
primarily help mitigate any critical fire weather concerns.
