For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A trough averaging 29.5 inches will dig across the
eastern Great Lakes tonight. This broad trough will gradually
drift across the lake Thursday and Friday, before weakening to
29.8 inches while sliding into New England over the weekend.

.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming south. A chance
of showers and thunderstorms early, then showers with a chance of
thunderstorms from late evening on. Some thunderstorms may
produce gusty winds from late evening on. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...South winds less than 10 knots becoming southwest
10 to 15 knots. Showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms
early, then a chance of showers from late morning on. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west. A
chance of showers overnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers. Waves
2 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots. A chance of showers in the evening, then scattered
showers overnight. Waves 2 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. Scattered showers. Waves 2 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest. A chance
