Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A trough averaging 29.4 inches will pass through the lower Great Lakes while weakening to 29.7 through Saturday as it slides to New England. A 29.9 inch high will approach the Lake from the west Monday and then slide over head on Tuesday.
