.DISCUSSION...
Southerly winds will continue to affect the area on Thursday, with peak
gusts up to around 20 mph in the afternoon. Warm and dry air will remain
in the area, although highs will drop by 3-5 degrees compared to
Wednesday. However, humidities will remain very low, and are likely
to drop into the single digits at the Llano Fire location. While
humidities between 7 to 9 percent are likely, there is a 30 percent
chance of minimum humidities as low as 5 to 6 percent during the
early afternoon hours.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
Max temperature.....88-90.
Min humidity........7-10 percent.
Eye level winds.....South winds 3 to 4 mph becoming south to southwest
                    5 to 7 mph with gusts to 10 mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........South winds 6 to 8 mph becoming south to southwest
                    10 to 13 mph with gusts to 20 mph in the afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......South winds 6 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15
                    mph with gusts to 20 mph in the afternoon.
