Cloudy skies and patchy fog are expected at the ignition time, with clouds lifting
during the afternoon hours. Partial clearing is forecast, but there is a 30 percent
chance of better clearing late in the afternoon. Visibilities are expected to be
near or above 4 miles in the morning, with a 40 percent chance of visibility of 6
miles or more, then becoming 10+ miles in the afternoon. Light winds in the morning
will increase from the west in the afternoon.
