...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN CHICKASAW...
ITAWAMBA...SOUTHEASTERN LEE AND NORTHERN MONROE COUNTIES THROUGH 400
PM CDT...

At 332 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Evergreen, or 7 miles north of Amory, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Tupelo, Amory, Fulton, Verona, Okolona, Tombigbee State Park,
Shannon, Plantersville, Mantachie, Smithville, Tremont, New Salem,
New Wren, Evergreen, Clay, Nettleton, Hatley, Abney, Eastman, and
Quincy.
