This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters,
southeast Florida, southern Florida, southwest Florida and Gulf of
Mexico.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Thunderstorms: Scattered to numerous thunderstorms expected today
across all of South FL. Storms may contain periods of heavy rain,
gusty winds and frequent lightning.

Excessive Heat: Peak heat indices in excess of 100 degrees are
expected again today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Showers and thunderstorms will continue to be possible each day,
with the greatest coverage expected each afternoon over the
interior. Locally heavy rain may lead to instances of urban flooding,
especially in poor drainage locations.

Temperatures will remain hot through the weekend and into next week.
Heat advisories may be necessary in the coming days for portions of
the area.
