...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN HYDE AND
SOUTHEASTERN DARE COUNTIES THROUGH 245 AM EDT...

At 206 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hatteras Ferry Terminal, or 10 miles west of Frisco, moving east at
40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Frisco, Buxton, Hatteras Ferry Terminal, and Cape Hatteras
Lighthouse.
