Minnesota River near Jordan affecting Carver, Sibley and Scott Counties. South Fork Crow River at Delano affecting Hennepin and Wright Counties. Minnesota River at Mankato affecting Blue Earth and Nicollet Counties. .Recent heavy rainfall combined with the forecast of additional rain and high soil moisture will produce additional rises on area rivers. Another round of widespread heavy rain becoming likely Thursday night through Saturday. An additional 2 to 4 inches of rainfall is forecasted to fall during this time.
