...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Anticipate similar conditions on Sunday with the 24 temperature
change being within 2 to 4 degrees of Saturday. A warm up is still
forecast through at least Wednesday of next week, with the warmest
and driest day on Tuesday. Monday night into Tuesday morning
humidity recovery values will generally remain above 70%, except
across interior portions of Monterey County and the East Bay
Hills/Mountains. In these locales, RH will struggle to rebound
above 50%, with some of the higher terrain potentially experiencing
nocturnal drying and even poorer recoveries. Tuesday afternoon will
feature afternoon RH ranging from near 20% across the interior to
above 50% along the coast. Interior sections may see temperatures
between 90 and 100 degrees. Winds will largely average between
10 and 20 mph with a northerly to westerly component through the
entire outlook period. Afternoon RH values improve Wednesday
through Friday with values remaining largely above 30% areawide.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Hot and dry conditions will continue to ease with temperatures in
the mid 80-s very close to season normals. Westerly, onshore flow
will slightly increase on Sunday, though most wind will remain
terrain influenced with gusts below 20 mph. There remains a slight
chance of thunderstorms over the Trinity Alps this afternoon (about
20% chance). Another moderate heat wave will build in early next
week with no wetting rain through the forecast.
