.SYNOPSIS...A trough will gradually strengthen over the N and
central coast today through Wed night, weaken later Thu and Thu
night, then redevelop over the central and S California coast Fri
and Fri night. A weakening cold front will move through the N
water today, then dissipate while moving over the central waters
tonight. High pressure will rebuild to the W and NW of the waters
later today through Wed night, then persist through Sat night.
Late Thu night into Fri a cold front will move across the
northern waters and dissipate.
