New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift N over
the area tonight, then stall across the waters later Thu into
Fri. An area of low pressure will develop along the front S of
Georges Bank on Thu. The low will occlude Thu evening as a second
low forms to the NE, E of Georges Bank. The low and front will
drift SE away from the area Fri through Sat night while a high
pressure ridge builds S across the region. The ridge will remain
across the area Sun through Mon night.

4 ft. Rain likely and areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.
