New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front moving SE
across the waters this evening will weaken and likely dissipate
just S and E of the area later tonight or early Sun. High
pressure will build S over the region later tonight into Sun
night, then shift just E of the area Mon. The high will maintain
a ridge W across the waters Mon night through Wed night. A broad
low pressure center and an associated frontal boundary will
approach from the SW Tue night into Wed night. This system will
then stall just S of the waters Thu into Thu night.
