beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure will lift N across
the area today into Thu, then stall over the far N waters Thu
night into Fri before moving slowly SE across the area Fri night
into Sun night. An associated warm front will lift N across the
waters today, and pass N of the area tonight. The front will then
stall just N of the area later tonight and Thu, then return
slowly S across the waters as a cold front Fri into Sun night. A
high pressure ridge will build W of the region Fri into Sun
night.
