.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front will
move E over the waters tonight, followed by a cold front crossing
the region tonight into Tue. High pressure will build over the
area Tue night through Wed, then drift N and NE of the area Wed
night and Thu. A high pressure ridge will remain along and W of
the area Thu through Fri night. A coastal trough will develop
along Oregon later Wed and Wed night and persist into Fri before
weakening Fri night. Late Fri night a cold front will approach
the region from the W.
