.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build in from the W today into Mon, then weaken Mon night into
Tue as a cold front approaches from the NW. The front will move
SE across the waters Tue, with high pressure rebuilding to the SW
of the area Tue night through Wed night as a low pressure trough
develops near Vancouver Island. The high will weaken and slide to
the SE Thu and Thu night as a cold front moves into the area Thu
night.
