height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
weaken while slowly moving E over the waters this morning, then
dissipate near the coast later today. A low pressure trough will
cross the waters tonight, followed by high pressure building to
the W of the area Sat and Sat night. The high will persist to the
W and NW of the waters Sun into Sun night as weakening low
pressure passes just S of the waters. High pressure will
strengthen to the W of the waters Mon as a low pressure trough
develops over SW Oregon. The high will weaken Mon night and Tue
as the trough extends N to the Washington coast. The high will
drift E towards the area Tue night as the trough persists near
the coast.
