.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will slowly weaken over the waters through Tue. At the same
time a coastal trough will expand along the coast and persist
through Tue. A weak cold front will pass across the waters Tue
night through Wed night. A strong low pressure system will pass
likely to the N of the waters Thu and Thu night with significant
swells entering the waters between Thu night and Fri. Conditions
then improve Fri night as high pressure begins to build over the
waters.
