Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will strengthen W of the waters today through Mon. A weak cold front will move from NW to SE across the N and central portion of the waters Sat into Sat night then dissipate on Sun. Another cold front will drop SE across the waters Mon night through Tue night. Farther south, a coastal trough will persist along the southern Oregon coast today through Sat night.
