.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will build E into the waters tonight, then persist through
Mon night. A low pressure trough will develop along the southern
Oregon coast later tonight into Thu, then persist through Mon
night. A weak cold front will move into the area Thu, then
dissipate Thu night. A warm front will pass across the NW waters
Fri and Fri night. A cold front will approach from the NW Sat,
stall just N of the waters Sat night through Sun night, then lift
back N away from the waters as a warm front Mon. A stronger cold
front will slowly approach from the W later Mon and Mon night.
