.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure
centered far W of the waters will gradually build E today through
Mon. A cold front will move SE across the waters Tue into Tue
night, then move inland and SE of the waters late Tue night into
Wed. Behind the front, a ridge will build E across the waters Wed
and and Wed night. The next weak cold front will approach from
the NW Thu and move across the northern waters Thu night.
