.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak coastal trough will
persist along the N and central California coast today, and
gradually strengthen over this region later tonight through Wed
night, then weaken later Thu and Thu night. A weak cold front
will move across the N waters early this morning and dissipate.
High pressure will build NW of the area today into Mon, then
weaken through Mon night. A cold front will move into the N
waters Tue, then dissipate while moving over the central waters
Tue night. High pressure will rebuild to the W and NW of the
waters later Tue through Wed night, then persist through Thu
night while weakening.
