.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak coastal trough will
persist along the N and central California coast today, and
gradually strengthen over this region later tonight through Wed
night, then weaken later Thu and Thu night. High pressure will
build NW of the area today into Mon, then weaken through Mon
night. A cold front will move into the N waters Tue, then
dissipate while moving over the central waters Wed. High pressure
will rebuild to the W and NW of the waters later Tue through Wed
night, then persist through Thu night while weakening. Late Thu
night a cold front will approach the NW portions.
