.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak coastal trough will be
along the N and central California coast today through Sun, then
gradually intensive and strengthen over this region through Wed
night. A weak cold front will move into the N waters this morning
and dissipate. High pressure will build NW of the area tonight
into Mon, then weaken through Mon night. Another weakening cold
front will move into the N waters Tue and dissipate as it
approaches the central waters Tue night. High pressure will
rebuild to the W and NW of the waters later Tue through Wed
night.
