.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will gradually
strengthen over the N and central coast tonight through Wed
night, weaken later Thu and Thu night, then redevelop over the
central and S coast Fri and Fri night. High pressure anchored W
of the waters will weaken through tonight as a front approaches.
A cold front will move into the N waters later tonight, then
dissipate while moving over the central waters Tue night. High
pressure will rebuild to the W and NW of the waters later Tue
through Wed night, then persist through Sat night. Late Thu night
into Fri a cold front will move across the northern waters and
dissipate.
