.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal trough over the
central and S coast will persist tonight, then shift to the N and
central coast Tue through Fri night. High pressure will build
across the N and central areas tonight. A cold front will become
nearly stationary over the northern waters and dissipate late
Tue. High pressure will build W of the waters Wed and persist
into Fri night.
