.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain
centered to the W of the waters through Mon. A coastal trough
will redevelop over the central and S coast tonight and Sun then
persist through Mon night, then redevelops over the N and central
coast Tue and Tue night and persists through Thu night. A cold
front will cross the N and central waters Mon before high
pressure builds across the N and central areas later Mon and Mon
night. A cold front will reach the northern waters late Tue and
move S into the central waters Wed while dissipating. High
pressure will build W of the waters Wed and persist into Thu
night.
